RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking conditions

1.      Accommodation

After 2:00 p.m., and any time that may be convenient to you.

2.      Leaving

The rooms must be left until 11:00 a.m. of the date of leaving.

We shall be very thankful if the room preserves its normal conditions after your leaving.

3.      Reservation and prepayment

When booking, prepayment shall be needed at the amount of not less than 30% of the total amount of the accommodation. Prepayment must take place at least three business days after the reservation. The rest of the sum must be paid at the moment of accommodation. No advance payment shall be restored in case of cancelation of a reservation. Any prepaid amount for accommodation shall be subject to return or restoration.

4.      Additional beds

Baby cribs and chairs shall be provided free of charge. But a previous demand shall be needed. Children younger than 5 years shall be accommodated free of charge, using the available beds.

5.      Miscellaneous

Cleaning fee at the amount of EUR 20 shall be paid in case of one-day booking.

Free of charge cleaning is offered every day, and sheets and towels shall be changed every 3 days.

6.      Damages and penalties

Sara Villa undertakes to remove, at its own expense, any damages caused by the normal user of the premises, and any damages caused by the visitor shall be at visitor’s expense and they must be paid in the end of the visit.

Please, do not make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

The swimming pool may be used between 9:00 a.m. and 2: p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

7.      Pets.

Dogs shall be admitted free of charge under previous demand.
