SARA Villa is located in the second branch of Halkidiki Peninsula, in the picturesque town of Nikiti. The Villa is situated at 200 m from the sea coast, at 10 minutes by foot from the downtown and at one kilometer from Nikitis big beach. We dispose with a yard of 0.4 hectares of area, offering a lot of coziness and tranquility to our visitors, and a very beautiful sight to the sea.
You shall dispose with a swimming pool with chaises and also a wading pool, a very well furnished barbeque and a stone oven.
The bar beside the swimming pool offers coffee, alcohol and soft drinks you may enjoy of under the refreshing shadow of a marvelous pine tree.
The bar, and the barbeque place, as well as each of the studios have free wireless internet and satellite with many and variable programs. For your convenience, we offer free parking area to all our visitors and electric-charging station for electric cars too.
Our villa is quite new, it was built in 2021 and it consists of 5 studios. Each studio is of 32 sq. m of area, fashionably furnished and able to accommodate 2 – 4 persons. Each studio has bathroom and toilette, hair drier, towels for the bath room and for the pool. For your convenience, the rooms have a wardrobe, two dressers, a kitchen furnished with coffee-machine, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator and kitchen utensils, two air conditioners and local heating. The views from the terraces to the sea and the swimming pool are really beautiful.
